About our Students
Bastyr University students come from many walks of life. Many had careers before returning to school. Many discovered natural medicine through their own health journey, or a loved one's. They come from the Pacific Northwest, across the country and around the globe. The average age is 31 for graduate students and 28 for undergraduates. About 10 percent of Bastyr students are parents. Bastyr students are vegetarians, vegans, carnivores, omnivores … and people who just enjoy a meal with good company.
