Description
Ganache is a French term referring to a smooth mix of chocolate and cream. Resembling truffles in consistency, ganache can be poured when warm and yields a shiny, fudge-like finish. It's fast and easy to make and great for topping brownies, cookies, bars and cakes such as Vegan Chocolate Cake.
Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cup
soy cream 2 lb
semi-sweet chocolate chips 3⁄4 cup
agave syrup 1 tbsp
vanillaInstructions
Bring cream to a boil. In a medium bowl, pour hot cream over chocolate chips and agave syrup. Stir until smooth.
Use immediately or refrigerate. To thaw, reheat in a double-boiler until melted.
