Bastyr Dean Shares Recipes for Immunity

Debra Brammer, ND, discusses "Herbs to Support Immunity," and offers a list of her family's favorite immune-boosting recipes.

A blustery fall day was the ideal invitation to the Living Naturally talk "Herbs to Support Immunity" by Debra Brammer, ND.

The associate dean of clinical services at Bastyr Center for Natural Health presented her lecture to a full house on November 5, 2011 (recipes are below the video).

In addition to sharing her expertise on health and wellness with the audience, Dr. Brammer also shared many of her own immune-boosting recipes, which have been tried and tested by none other than her own family:
