This workshop is designed to teach you proven tools that are easily learned, so you can take action to change your life. Learn the Rapid Relief Process which Stephanie co-developed. It is a system that works with multiple subtle energy systems and goes deep to release long held negative patterns, trauma and fear. You will also learn the exercise of Breathing the Chakras, an invaluable aid in integrating and securing a deep shift in your consciousness, as well as a very powerful stress reducer. Also explore how to follow a problem’s history, get to the numerous roots that keep a problem alive, and how to release the oppression of the past.
The field of energy psychology is no longer considered fringe psychology. As of 2012 there were 51 peer reviewed papers investigating energy psychology treatments. Of these, 18 were randomized controlled studies, and all reported statistically significant positive outcomes. Of the eight studies that included follow-up, all reported sustained improvement over time. You will be learning techniques that really work. You can use them on your own to begin healing yourself and your relationships, as well as with your clients if you are a health care practitioner.
The workshop will include lecture, demonstration and in-class practice.
Upon completion of the workshop you will be able to:
- Describe how subtle energy states influence your thoughts, emotions and relationships
- Use the Rapid Relief Process to shift your emotional state
- Develop a daily energy routine to use at home or share with your clients
- Use the Problem Tracking Sheet to identify roots of problems
- Demonstrate the Chakra Breathing Method
