Whether you’re training for the Seattle Marathon or just want to be able-bodied enough to take brisk walks around your neighborhood, avoiding injuries is key to keeping you in top physical shape. Athletes at all levels often stretch or warm-up before physical activity, but there are many other ways you can help prevent sports injuries.
