Learn nutrition tips and more to help keep your child healthy.

If you’re like most parents, the health needs of your young children always take first priority. But the myriad decisions that surround children’s health care can be daunting even for experienced parents.

Bastyr Center for Natural Health aims to help you not only by treating your child for acute and chronic conditions, but also by being a partner in your family’s unique health care needs. Naturopathic medical care for children is an ideal way to educate parents and young children on the benefits of staying healthy though good nutrition, exercise and taking care of their bodies as they grow.

Learn more about how natural medicine can help your family stay healthy at the free talk “Keeping Kids Healthy Naturally” from 6-7:30 p.m. Monday, June 2, at Bastyr Center for Natural Health.

You will hear from Emily Lesnak, ND, who supervises student physicians in the Department of Naturopathic Medicine and sees patients in private practice in Practitioner Care at Bastyr Center. Dr. Lesnak’s clinical interests include family medicine and pediatrics.

"Living Naturally: Conversations on Health and Happiness with Bastyr Experts" is a free series of talks presented by Bastyr University and its teaching clinic, Bastyr Center for Natural Health. All of the talks take place at Bastyr Center for Natural Health in Seattle and feature an audience Q-and-A session. Also coming up:
