Berry Antioxidant Smoothie

1 cup soy milk, unsweetened vanilla

1/4 cup non-dairy yogurt, unsweetened plain or vanilla

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

3 tablespoons of hemp seeds

1/2-1 tablespoon fresh or ground ginger



Place all items into a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. 


Use whatever frozen berries you have on hand - for example, you could try combining blackberries, blueberries, and cherries.
