Bastyr University is
a regionally and programmatically accredited institution. Since it was founded
in 1978 to train naturopathic physicians, many degree programs have been
added which provide opportunities to study natural health.
Programs include:
- Acupuncture and Oriental medicine
- Exercise science and wellness
- Health psychology
- Herbal sciences
- Naturopathic medicine
- Nutrition
Certificate programs providing additional professional training. Bastyr offers certificates in Chinese herbal medicine and naturopathic midwifery.
