My three bedroom, two bathroom home has a room for rent. Female homeowner yoga teacher and female uw grad student living here now. House is in quiet neighborhood several blocks up from Lake City Way so easy access to get to school at Bastyr. Large open living area is a yoga space; small sitting area in front of house; small eating area off of kitchen; washer/dryer; plenty of ON STREET parking. House is quiet and peaceful and we both rise early, and are sleeping or quiet by 10pm. One vegetarian, one eats a little meat. No microwaves. Looking for like-minded others.
