Available at the end of September / October 1, a one (or two) bedroom top-floor apartment that can accommodate one or two single female students or a couple. House overlooks a huge backyard with chickens and fruit trees as well as a panoramic view of Lake Washington. Enjoy growing vegetables in your own garden plot; or relax on the large front deck. The landlady is a kind and thoughtful older woman who, at present, is charging us $750 / month, most utilities included (price may change depending on whether she decides to rent it to a couple or to one or two single females. In the case of the latter scenario, you would share the bathroom area as well as the kitchen.)
