Come live with 2 laid back ND students and one working professional that enjoy sharing meals, watching movies, playing games together, and conversing on a regular basis (Yes, we do study!). Two rooms available from July 1st to at least until the end of our lease, Jan 31 2013. The rooms are next to each other and share a bathroom.
Our four bedroom house: large living/dining room, ample kitchen, two porches, shared garage/driveway parking. Location: 10 minute drive from school, close to Bastyr shuttle route, buses within 1 mile at Bothell Way. Utilities: split five ways (around $100-125 pp- water, gas, electricity, garbage, wireless internet, cable)
Security deposit ($459) and a housing application + fee (~ $40) are required before moving in. First month's rent is due upon moving. Two cats live here, so no more pets.
