Room available in a four bedroom house starting July 1st. We have a large living / dining room, kitchen with plenty of storage space, two porches, shared garage/driveway parking. Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to parking and buses to downtown and elsewhere within 1 mile. Utilities are split five ways (around $125 per person), including water, gas, electricity, garbage, cable and wireless internet. We are a laid back group of students and one working professional who enjoy sharing meals together (we are not vegetarians), and generally being quiet doing our studies. We are looking for a respectful person who is cooperative and can share the household chores, is a non-smoker, and can engage in open communication when necessary.
There are 2 cats that live here, so no more pets. You will share a bathroom with one person.
