As director of the Office of Research Integrity at Bastyr University, I am responsible for overseeing that all research proposals are screened by the Scientific Review Committee and meet IRB standards when using human subjects. My previous research training emphasized molecular neurobiology, focusing particularly on regulation of the neuroendocrine reproductive axis in primates and on the expression of genes and gene products in murine and avian auditory systems.
I am currently directing my research toward the examination of the cytotoxicity of ultra-high dilutions of chemotherapeutic agents on breast cancer cells in culture.
