We Also Offer Planning Assistance
The Conference Services staff is available to provide planning assistance, scheduling of rooms, room arrangement suggestions, menu selection, food service scheduling, overnight accommodations and other logistical arrangements. During your stay, Bastyr offers your group use of a fax machine and photocopier at an additional charge. Bastyr has various audiovisual equipment available for your use during your event. In must cases there in no additional charge for the use of the equipment. Also the entire campus, including overnight rooms, provides complimentary Wi-Fi to all guests and participants of an event.

Meeting Rooms
Multiple classrooms of various sizes, full catering service, the cafeteria and the auditorium at Bastyr University provide ample room for conducting meetings, special events and socializing. The entire campus facility is also WiFi accessible at no extra charge. There are also two locations on campus where computer kiosks are available for our guests to use free of charge.
Overnight Accommodations
We offer 38 overnight dormitory rooms in the main campus for up to 76 guests (available year-round). These rooms include one or two twin beds, all linens, a sink, closets and study areas. Restrooms and showers are shared. Rooms can be occupied as a double or single. Two of the new Student Village buildings are now available year round for guests. Each building contains 12 private single rooms with a private attached bathroom and a great room which includes a large kitchen. There are also meeting rooms in each of the buildings.
