The service includes regular and decaf coffee (Cafe Vita beans are used), regular and herbal teas and ice water. Condiments include: Cream, milk, soy milk, honey, sugar, raw sugar and agave syrup.

Boxed Lunches
All sandwich boxes include a bottle of water, apple, brownie and chips. Wheat free bread option is available on request. Below is just a sample of the type of sandwiches which are available. Please ask if you do not see the type of sandwich you were interested in. There are minimum orders for particular selections of sandwiches.
- Baked Turkey Breast, Swiss cheese, sage cream cheese and cranberry apple chutney on multigrain house made bread
- Grilled Eggplant, Fresh Mozzarella, Roasted Sweet Peppers with Tapenade, and pesto on house made focaccia bread
- Sautéed Washington apples and currant onion relish, Gruyere cheese on ciabatta bread
- Albacore Tuna Salad with cornichon mayonnaise, watercress, and tomato on multigrain bread
- Italian-Style Grinder Sandwich with Genoa salami, sweet copacolla, prosciutto, provolone cheese, Dijon dressing, lettuce and tomato served on ciabatta bread
- Curried Chicken Salad Sandwich with lettuce and tomato on ciabatta bread

Menu
A meat surcharge can be added to any of the below menu items but needs to be purchased for the whole group. Lunch / $2.50; Dinner / $2.50 (all per person).
- Lasagna
This lasagna is filled with goodies so it comes out about 3 inches high. It includes three cheeses, spinach and delicious fresh tomato sauce. - Stir-Fried Vegetables (Tofu-optional)
Fresh seasonal vegetables with tofu (if you choose) in a garlic and ginger sauce served with brown rice. - Pasta Bar
Choice of 2 types of noodle option (Wheat, Rice or Corn) and 2 types of sauce option (Marina, Pesto or Alfredo). - Curried Vegetables
Fresh seasonal vegetables in a cashew curry sauce served with basmati rice. - Eggplant Parmesan
