Dr. Tseng is currently a core faculty in the Department of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at Bastyr University and clinical supervisor at Bastyr Center for Natural Health.

- Certificate in Chinese herbal medicine from Bastyr University in 2000
- Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr in 2006
Interests
Dr. Tseng's special interests include gynecological conditions and food therapy.
Philosophy
Dr. Tseng strives to assist individuals in maintaining or re-establishing their inner and outer balance with acupuncture, herbal medicine, diet and lifestyle suggestions.
