Are you ready to lose weight, improve your eating habits and get moving? Sign up today for "Weigh to Go," a lifestyle program developed by Bastyr's Nutrition and Clinical Health Psychology faculty. This comprehensive program combines individualized counseling and weekly group nutrition classes to help you build new skills for enjoying a healthier lifestyle. You will learn how to set goals, manage stress, incorporate more activity in your daily life, navigate temptation and avoid overeating.
