Haunted Trails Tour
Complete with mad scientists, witches, ghouls and goblins, the Haunted Trails tour through the spooky forest offers scary surprises around every corner for guests 8 years of age and older.
Cost: $12, or $11 with non-perishable food donation.
Limited number of tickets available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Time: Ticket sales begin at 6:45 p.m. and tours run from 7 to 11 p.m.

Children's Trick or Treat (ages 7 and under)
Bastyr also offers a less scary option for families with younger children. The milder Trick or Treat Trail provides kids a chance to both enjoy a "lighter" version of the Haunted Trails tour and collect special Halloween treats.
Cost: $3 per child
Time: Ticket sales start at 4:45 p.m. and tours run from 5 to 6:30 p.m.

Little Pumpkins
Children can head inside to the Little Pumpkins area, which features stories, crafts and games for kids, after walking the Trick or Treat Trail. Story time begins at 7 p.m. with a different Halloween tale told each night. Cost is $7 per child. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Hades Labyrinth
Back by popular demand this year, Hades Labyrinth is a 2,400-square-foot maze that visitors must find their way through as they are visited by spooks and specters along the way. Not for children under 8.
Cost: $10 per guest (Bastyr is also offering a special for the first weekend of Haunted Trails: Hades Labyrinth and the Scarecrow's Tale hayride for $20. This is a $6 savings. October 16 and 17 only!)
Time: 7 p.m. until last trail tour

Carnival
Once again, the University will host a carnival for guests to enjoy before or after their Haunted Trails tour. Carnival festivities include a fortune teller and variety of other food and activity booths.

Craft Fair (NEW)
For the first time, Haunted Trails will include a craft fair, featuring local crafters selling their wares. Participating vendors will offer a wide variety of items; including paper-bead jewelry handcrafted in Uganda, locally crafted bead and silver jewelry, embroidered towels, quilts, fashion jewelry, fused glass, shawls and wraps, handcrafted soaps, and much more.
Time: 5 to 10 p.m.
