I am currently renting and am looking for someone to sublet the apartment from mid Feb or March 1 till August 1, with the option of continuing the lease in August (when my lease is up). It is possible to do a month-to-month until September if needed. I have loved living in the apartment, and have no reason to leave except for missing my other home on the Eastside.

The apartment is a quiet corner unit with large windows in the living room and bedroom, both of which let in plenty of sunlight and fresh air. My plants grow great! It is mostly carpeted (carpets will be cleaned prior to your move-in), has a bathtub, a full size kitchen (brand new stove, newish fridge, workable counter-space and storage), a large bedroom with a large closet, a reasonably sized living room. There is cheap coin-operated laundry downstairs and your own locked storage unit. On street parking is abundant and does not require a permit.

The location is ideal. The apartment is located on a side street, off the main drag of Queen Anne Ave, and thus has little traffic noise and none at night (unlike many other apartments around). Numerous shops, delis, coffee shops, a gym, public pool, restaurants and Trader Joes are all within effortless walking distance (no hills). Whole Foods is a mere 2 miles away. The bus stop is around the corner and takes you quickly to the clinic or downtown. Bastyr clinic is an easy 10-minute trip door to door by car, I-5 is only 5-10 minutes away, 520 only about 12 min away, depending on traffic.

Indoor cats are allowed.

This apartment is super close to Bastyr. Took me about 5-7 minutes to get to campus by car. The room comes with a bathroom in the master bedroom. It includes a vanity. The apartment is cute and cozy, with a washer and dryer in the unit, a dishwasher, a balcony with storage, plenty of heaters in every room. The complex comes with a heated outdoor pool, indoor jacuzzi and fitness room that you get the key to, and laundry rooms just in case you prefer to use those as opposed to the one in your own unit. The maintenance staff are really nice if you ever have a problem. You are allowed one pet up to 50 lbs.
