Cute and quiet 3 bdrm/1 bathroom house in Kenmore, 5-10min away from Bastyr. Currently there are 2 Bastyr students living in the house (1 male, 1 female) both studying Nutrition and Exercise Science; and a dog (german short hair). We are looking for a roommate whom is preferably a current Bastyr student whom is clean, health conscience, and respectful. Some amenities include: fully fenced backyard with garden space, washer, dryer, dishwasher, soaking tub, fire pit in backyard, huge back deck, off street parking, etc. We would prefer to not have any more pets move in, definately no cats.

House is located on the Kirkland/Kenmore boarder and is next door to St Edwards State Park. It is litterally a walk through the woods to Bastyr Univ. The room comes with access to all the common area's of the house. It is a 2600 sq ft upper scale home. Room has a queen bed, night stands, dresser and a desk. The bath room is shared with one other person. It has two sinks and a separate shower area. The other roomy is rarely here and never on weekends. He is here maybe one or two nights a week. I also have a dog, a Shiba Inu, looks like a small husky.

We have a split level home, with ample public space with 2 of 4 bedrooms available to rent. The upstairs is hardwood floors, full closets and south facing full windows. There is 2 1/2 bathrooms, pool table, full laundry, green house to be completed in the spring. Deck faces the 2nd growth trees behind, a quiet neioghborhood & small lawn to the front. Visits by crows accustomed to being fed, raccoons, bald eagle, hawks and owls wander by as guests. Room to store your bike, but home is fully furnished, with fireplace and wood stove. We are experienced adults, man and two women.
