Room for rent

Come live with 2 laid back ND students and one working professional that enjoy sharing meals, watching movies, playing games together, and conversing on a regular basis (Yes, we do study!). Two rooms available from July 1st to at least until the end of our lease, Jan 31 2013. The rooms are next to each other and share a bathroom.

I am seeking a female Bastyr student to sublet my room in our adorble 3-bedroom house from June 18 -Sept. 15.
There is the possibility of leasing the room continuing in to the fall as well, at which point the rent would increase to $520 + utilities.
About the house:
- Down Juanita drive from the campus in Kirkland, about 7 minutes from school
-Private backyard with garden and brick oven
- Large den
- Beautiful kitchen with a breakfast nook, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer

Furnished 100 SF room, with private entrance in a shared home with three other adults, two dogs and two cats.
Private entrance with courtyard, and on street neighborhood parking. Room includes double bed, closet, dresser, microwave, small tv & mini fridge.
Home offers shared bathroom with shower, use of laundry room, internet access, cable and house is open to shared use of kitchen and living areas.
Must be animal friendly.

Approximately 2 miles to Bastyr, close to bus route 234, 260.

Summer sublet: large bedroom available in a cozy 2-bedroom apartment in Maple Leaf on 95th St. and Roosevelt Way NE. Available June 10th - August 31st, 2012 (negotiable). On busline, close to Bastyr shuttle on Lake City Way; walk to Northgate Transit Center.
