The main house is 2,500 sq. ft, is a split level and never feels crowded as everyone leads busy lives.

Share with owners: 2011 Bastyr ND graduate, and UW Nurse Practitioner student. We are quiet, clean, non-smoking, drug-free and looking for a female student who shares these values. We are currently renting one room and are looking to rent our 2nd spare bedroom.

This is a five bedroom tri-level house, with two rooms on the main floor available 1st of September. The rent is $533 per month, with utilities ranging from $40-100 per month (dependent on season). No pets allowed unfortunately. Landlord has been great so far!! Two bathrooms, one with tub, one with shower and large open space in the front of the house for movement or to hang out. House will be shared among three people, one is the homeowner.
