Other areas of the home are shared Kitchen living room dining room and main bathroom. We are easy going and would like the same in our renter. We own a beautiful spacious split-level home that we rent to a great group of female students studying at Bastyr, Cascadia and Bellevue College - most of whom are also working full-time. Everyone leads very busy lives so the house never feels crowded. The house has hardwood floors, 2 large refrigerators, 3 bathrooms (one with a soaking jacuzzi tub), stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, and 2 family rooms - which are great for studying individually or with a group of friends. Plenty of parking, garage space for storage, large fenced yard, with gardening space if interested.

Street/drive parking. Cross street is 116th & 100th/98th. Family of five with a boy (7), girl (5), and girl (2). Furnished main floor room with private bath. Duties include meal preparation, driving children to and from school or activities, napping toddler, homework assistance, bedtimes, and play supervision. Background check required. Provide a resume, three child care references, and two roommate references.

Hi! I am a 3rd year ND student looking for a roommate. The house is 20-25 minutes away from campus and 10-15 minutes from clinic. The house is 20 blocks from PCC, close to Greenlake I-5, Aurora, Carkeek park, Golden Gardens and much more!

The home is adorable and has a very nice kitchen, wood floors, big windows, garage, great neighbors, shower and tub, dishwasher, WD, parking out front, fenced backyard with a garden and lots of charm. The home is fully furnished except for the room for rent. If you have furniture I am happy to make room for it.

House is in quiet neighborhood several blocks up from Lake City Way so easy access to get to school at Bastyr. Large open living area is a yoga space; small sitting area in front of house; small eating area off of kitchen; washer/dryer; plenty of ON STREET parking. House is quiet and peaceful and we both rise early, and are sleeping or quiet by 10pm. One vegetarian, one eats a little meat. No microwaves. Looking for like-minded others.
