Housemate wanted

Available immediately: Roommate moving for an internship and I would love to stay in charming Ravenna house. 2bed/1bath on main floor of a house. Rent includes cable and internet. We pay our portion of utilities which averages about $50-$60 per month. Bathroom is small but the spacious kitchen and living areas more than make up for it. Wood stove in the living area and hottub in fenced backyard are great. Shared W/D in the basement. Looking for a 6 month commitment. Bedroom can be furnished. No drugs or smoking. A dog is an option.

The house is beautifully situated on a green belt, quiet and wooded. The yard is the perfect respite, very private, including a swimming pool! There are 2 cats who share the home, they are good girls, no catbox, trained to do their business outdoors. The house has 4 bedrooms, only 2 adults will share them. I like to have space for guests!

Spacious and light 1,500 sq. ft. tri-level house in East U District, just North of U Village, conveniently between campus and clinic. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with private bath available; main entrance, laundry, and garage entrance. Available room is darker, but it does have a large closet and two french doors that open onto back yard. 2nd floor: kitchen with raised ceilings; living/study area with balcony. 3rd floor: bedroom and bath of current occupant. Mix of hard wood, carpet, and tile flooring. Electric heat - separate thermostats in each room.
