The house is located in a fruit-tree filled acre in the perfet location for access to the world without knowing it is there. It feels more like the country than the suburbs, yet just 2 blocks from cafés, bus line, supermarket, etc. It is very accessible to Bastyr and downtown Seattle. The house has 2840 sq ft with a French provincial, turn of the century ambiance surrounded by gardens and orchard trees.

Will, a black man from Fresno, CA and handyman, Katie native NWerner and Tibetan Buddhist nurse and Christine a Native American working as a labor union tech support and professor. Our home has 4 bedrm 2 1/2 bath split level home with laundry, fireplace, wood stove, pool table, greenhouse, hardwood floors, large windows, upper and lower decks onto 2nd growth forest and small front lawn. We have street parking. Room can be furnished. Bathrm is shared with one. We manage general house supplies and cleaning.

Four female Bastyr students in their late 20's are seeking housemate interested in homesteading in 5 bedroom house. We have been here two years and are looking for another to join us June 15, 2012 -September 2013. Our home currently boasts 2 living rooms, fairly large kitchen, 8 chickens, a 20' X 40' hoop house + 3 outdoor garden beds, a fire pit, and huge yard. Located in a quiet culdesac near the Burke Gilman trail, bus lines, 5 min drive to Bastyr. Two cats reside here but remain in the basement apartment. Prefer no additional pets.
