House share

Starting classes this summer and the ND Program in the fall. I'm a single mom, kids will be 5 and 1 in September. Looking for another Bastyr student (or students) to share a rental house. Would be great to find others with kids, to possibly share a nanny and generally pool resources and support each other. Looking at Green Lake area because I'm considering sending my daughter to nearby Waldorf school, and taking the clinic shuttle or driving to Bastyr campus. But would also consider other areas. We're flexible, open to suggestions!

The home is close to Bastyr in Kenmore (140th and 88th) near the fire station and behind QFC. The home has a large covered deck and off street parking, cable and internet and shared common areas. We are easy going and would like the same in our renter. Pets are negotiable.

Beautiful location - Patio overlooks a green belt! Condo is located on 3rd floor (stairs or elevator available). Bedroom and private bathroom for rent, share common area (kitchen and living room). Washer and dryer in unit, garage parking, secure mail box, swimming pool, jacuzzi, exercise room, near Burke Gillman Trail, banks, post office, library, grocery store and bus routes. 1 pet welcomed (pet deposit $100).

Beautifully furnished bedroom, bathroom, and private living room with surround sound high-end cable. Share 4,000 square foot home w/2 working professionals and 7 month old twins. Free WI-FI, No smoking, pets, drugs. Can exchange part of rent or room/board for child care. Must be tidy, thoughtful, responsible, good communication skills. Environment in home tranquil/calm. No overnight guest stays & socializing takes place outside home to maintain quiet relaxed environment.
