New ND student looking for housing

I'm 29 and starting the ND program in July and coming from the east coast. I'd prefer a housemate that is also an ND student. A house with a fenced-in yard, washer/dryer and private bathroom is preferable. If the home had a fireplace, too, that would be heaven!

I have a medium-sized, well behaved 7 year old dog (I've had him his whole life; he's a good boy!).
Aside from my background in molecular biology and neurology, I am an abstract artist (painter and sculptor).
I also cook and am relatively tidy.

Not just a home but a community

1 bedroom with a separate entrance is available as March 22nd, or April 1st. There are chickens, bees and bikes in the large backyard vegetable garden, and always good food and people in the kitchen. Our 8 person house is warm and welcoming, and the roommates are genuinely caring and friends with one another, in their early to late twenties. Although drinking wine and beer are common at dinner, this is a mostly sober and wholesome house, and is quiet at night. We share some bulk foods, and do optional house dinners.

The home is close to Bastyr in Kenmore (140th and 88th) near the fire station and behind QFC. The home has a large covered deck and off street parking, cable and internet and shared common areas. We are easy going and would like the same in our renter. Pets are negotiable.
