The home is a 15min walk to Bastyr campus (140th and 88th) near the fire station and behind QFC. There is a large covered deck and off street parking. Other areas of the home are shared Kitchen living room dining room and main bathroom. We are easy going and would like the same in our renter. Male or female (equal opportunity) as long as you can pick up after yourself. :-)

We own a beautiful spacious split-level home that we rent to a great group of female students studying at Bastyr, Cascadia and Bellevue College - most of whom are also working full-time. Everyone leads very busy lives so the house never feels crowded. The house has hardwood floors, 2 large refrigerators, 3 bathrooms (one with a soaking jacuzzi tub), stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, and 2 family rooms - which are great for studying individually or with a group of friends. Plenty of parking, garage space for storage, large fenced yard, with gardening space if interested.

All-female household seeking same to share attractive, spacious, comfortable 2,500 sq. ft. split-level home with a nicely decorated interior. Located in quiet residential neighborhood off Juanita Drive, near QFC shopping center. We're easy-going, responsible women with healthy lifestyles, studying at Bastyr, Cascadia and Bellevue College. Also working full-time. We're rarely home at the same time, but when we are, we enjoy each other's company.
