Looking for a roommate to share my spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment across the street from campus in the Inglenook Court apartments. Rent is $465 a month plus utilities. The lease runs until the beginning of September 2013.
The bedroom is approximately 9.5' x 10'. The rest of the apartment is furnished with my things, including kitchen, living room and bathroom.
The complex has a pool and sauna, free parking (or you can pay about $30 a month to have a covered spot), and the walk to campus is only about 10 minutes; the drive is 3 minutes.
