Off-street parking

I'm looking for someone to either sublet my room for the summer- and if it's at interest to you, to stay throughout the school year. The room can be furnished (for the summer only) or not. Rent is 465 per month plus about $50 for utilities including internet. It's a 3 bedroom house with a small yard and shed. It is 2 miles from campus in a nice neighborhood, and you get your own parking spot. You will be sharing the house with a ND and masters DPD student in their mid 20's. (guy and a girl). They are really laid back, nice, and clean up after themselves.

Very spacious room available. Shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. We have one dog (please no cats due to an allergy). There are only two of us here (both students) and we are looking for someone who is clean and respectful to fill the open room.

The unit is only two years old and has been kept immaculate by former Bastyr student. Great kitchen for cooking with rich kitchen cabinets, tasteful tile countertops, pergo floors, full bathroom with tile floor, and washer/dryer. Garden space available if interested.
