Beautiful, ground floor of large home. Large main room, separate study, private bathroom, walk in closet. Separate private entryway, parking spot, WI FI , TV and utilities included. Unit opens up to a private garden and woods, lakeview. Close to Denny Park woods for hiking. Five minute drive to Bastyr. Retired couple lives upstairs. No pets please.

Only caveat,: full kitchen not available. Microwave ok for simple dishes fine... Refrigerator provided as well as all furnishings except for Bed.

Beautiful home with two available rooms

This is a five bedroom tri-level house, with two rooms on the main floor available 1st of September. The rent is $533 per month, with utilities ranging from $40-100 per month (dependent on season). No pets allowed unfortunately. Landlord has been great so far!! We are located a block away from Greenwood ave & 85th st...which is home to lots of coffee shops, great restaurants/bars, grocery stores, and so on. We even have some great parks within minutes away.
