Room for rent in a spacious 4 bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood close to campus. Other 3 roommate are 2nd year ND students at Bastyr. House has 2 living rooms (one with a fireplace), dining room, large kitchen, breakfast nook, and large 2 car garage for lots of storage. The living environment is very quiet, relaxed and great for studying. The room will be available to move in over Christmas break.

The house is beautifully situated on a green belt, quiet and wooded. The yard is the perfect respite, very private, including a swimming pool! There are 2 cats who share the home, they are good girls, no catbox, trained to do their business outdoors. The house has 4 bedrooms, only 2 adults will share them. I like to have space for guests!
