1 room is $575/mo (including utilities) with a separate bathroom and entrance. The other is $550/mo (including utilities) and it shares the spacious bathroom with 1 other person. Both rooms come furnished if needed.

It's in the basement of the landlord's house, but it’s the first floor of the backyard so it doesn't feel like a basement.

Room available in June- in a home with amazing Bastyr ladies. The ladies are very respectful, laid back, and it doesn’t feel like you’re living with 4 other people.This would be taking over my lease which ends the end of August. So you will have the option of staying just for the summer, or renewing the lease for next year.
