We are a pretty social bunch (a married couple and a guy all 20's 30's) and get together on occasion for meals, drinks, movies and to socialize. We also have a couple of large furry roommates as well, who spend the days outside and the evenings lounging around the upstairs. Our home is 420 friendly and smoking outside is fine as well.

I am a social worker who is health & spiritually minded. My housemate (who is a student) and I are looking for an individual who is responsible, respectful & would like to live in a cozy, spacious, well maintained , VERY CLEAN, safe neighborhood, 2100sf house w/a large yard &small veg garden. Close to Bastyr, UW and Cascadia CC in Bothell (by car ~7min), walk to Kenmore Park & Ride (~10min), Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland ~ by car 20 min.and in a convenient location. Near Burke Gilman Trail, the Lake, Library, Grocery stores etc.

1 room is $575/mo has an attached bathroom. The other is $525/mo would share a spacious bathroom with 1 other person. Both rooms come furnished if needed.

There is a big beautiful yard, if you like to spend time outside, and a large covered deck with furniture and BBQ if you like to read, relax, or entertain your guest outdoors.

The remaining roommate is a friendly, energetic, clean and professional.

There will be 2 spacious rooms available in a 3bdrm updated home apartment just a few blocks from Bastyr campus starting June 1.

1 room is $575/mo (including utilities) with a separate bathroom and entrance. The other is $550/mo (including utilities) and it shares the spacious bathroom with 1 other person. Both rooms come furnished if needed.

It's in the basement of the landlord's house, but it’s the first floor of the backyard so it doesn't feel like a basement.
