We are looking for a roommate to share this split-level spacious and clean home across the street from Bastyr. The home would be shared with five responsible and interesing women (2 in the ND program at Bastyr, 1 studying nursing, and two other professional women). We all lead busy lives and are rarely home at the same time so the house never feels crowded.

Housemate wanted for a 3800 sq ft home in Lake Forest Park

My 3800 sq ft home is 10 yrs old with full western exposure and built on a ravine. There are 38 steps in the house with 5 levels. So it's very private. For $1000 a month you would have the entire middle level which consists of a study, bedroom, private bath. It also includes ALL utilities including house alarm, cable TV, internet access, Netflix subscription, garage parking, monthly house cleaning service and full use of the house. It's very quiet as it overlooks about 1 acre of wetlands.

Near grocery stores, banks, library, Burke Gilman Trail, and Park n Ride. Spacious bedroom and private bath for rent in my beautiful condo. Share fully stocked kitchen and living room. Washer and dryer in unit and parking stall in garage. After a hard day of studying, relax in the hot tub! This is a relatively peaceful and fragrance free living environment. The room can be fully furnished or not. Sorry no pets.

First year ND student looking for preferably another student to share 1200 sq ft very nice condo in small building. 14ft ceilings, lots of windows and light, gas fireplace. Two sun decks. The unit is on the top floor which is the 3rd floor. Two underground parking spaces. I have the smaller room and you would have the master suite with a walk in closet and your own bathroom. Washer and dryer, dishwasher. Extra locked storage space on same floor as unit. Need the right person ASAP. I have a small well behaved dog. 10 month lease.
