Progressive, vegetarian family offering a furnished main-floor bedroom with an adjacent bathroom in our home. Rent is $650/month, but could be as little as $0 if you can provide approx. 12 hours of childcare per week for my two children, ages 7 and 10. Some weeks would contain additional childcare opportunities for which I would pay $12 - 14/hr. This is a great opportunity for a student. Currently there are 2 Bastyr students living in the house (1 male, 1 female) both studying Nutrition and Exercise Science; and a dog (german short hair). We are looking for a roommate whom is preferably a current Bastyr student whom is clean, health conscience, and respectful. Some amenities include: fully fenced backyard with garden space, washer, dryer, dishwasher, soaking tub, fire pit in backyard, huge back deck, off street parking, etc. We would prefer to not have any more pets move in, definately no cats.

Two rooms available in family home

We have two rooms available for rent in our home. One room has a bed the other needs one, so if you have furniture that won't be an issue. Shared bath and kitchen, living room with fireplace. WiFi available. Non-smokers and no party people please. We have two small, weird cats and one large lab who will bug you for food :) We love music and movies, and would love to share our home with you. We live 2 miles up the hill from the Kenmore Park and Ride. Large fenced yard with large sunny deck and garden space.

House is located on the Kirkland/Kenmore boarder and is next door to St Edwards State Park. It is litterally a walk through the woods to Bastyr Univ. The room comes with access to all the common area's of the house. It is a 2600 sq ft upper scale home. Room has a queen bed, night stands, dresser and a desk. The bath room is shared with one other person. It has two sinks and a separate shower area. The other roomy is rarely here and never on weekends. He is here maybe one or two nights a week. I also have a dog, a Shiba Inu, looks like a small husky.
