Our home is split level 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath with shared kitchen but 3 frigs. We have 2 rooms available, $450 and $500, both rooms together for a discount. We have a full furnished home with ample public area, bedroom furnishing optional. The home has a pool table, fireplace and wood stove, den and rec area, hard wood floors upstairs, and gas heat. The deck behind faces the 2nd growth green belt, complete with visits from owls, hawks, skunks, and bald eagle. The lawn in front is nested in a quiet, safe neighborhood, with wide streets for walking.

Spacious 2 bedroom/2 Bath, with private master bath off bedroom. Full size Washer/Dryer in the unit, fireplace, and newer appliances. Ideal location near Bastyr and walk to bus, stores nearby. Private setting, parking and storage included, and we offer fitness center and media center for our residents.

My youngest son has flown the coop! I have two rooms available in my healthy, comfortable home. Lots of privacy; Share the kitchen and living areas. Bedrooms are partially or wholly furnished.

Part of a 7-home, eco-village, the house is 2400 sq ft. I have grown much of my own food in the past 4 years. With a little help, the garden could be a most generous food resource.

I have a 34 pound poodle/terrier mix named Snowy. She does not shed and is very loving.
