The home is close to Bastyr in Kenmore (140th and 88th) near the fire station and behind QFC. The home has a large covered deck and off street parking, cable and internet and shared common areas. We are easy going and would like the same in our renter. Pets are negotiable.

A good environment for studies with pacific nw greenery abound. I'm a working professional with a daughter in Jr High, I have a very friendly dog Ruby. I have a large property with good sunshine and garden space where I will grow veggies seasonally. There is plently of parking for your 1 car. My work routine is typical 8 to 6 and weekends to relax.
