Treatment rooms available within a large suite of independent wellness practitioners (near downtown Bellevue with plenty of free parking). The suite is located on the ground floor and the available rooms range in size from about 78 to 180 square feet. Single practitioner rental rates range from $400 - $750 per month depending on configuration, windows, etc. (If you share the room, there is a $50 /mo. surcharge per additional tenant - 3 tenant max. per room).
