We are a small naturopathic family practice in Ballard just south of the Goodwill (8th & 65th NW) looking to sublease days in our counseling room (fully furnished) and clinical exam room on unfilled days. Our clinic space includes a reception area and back room for break area/lab use for a combined total of 800 sq. ft. We are on the #28 Metro line and close to restaurants & shops, with plenty of street parking available as well as a small lot for practitioners. Please note that the counseling room is not furnished for massage therapy, acupuncture or other body work. The clinical exam room is available for these practitioners, as well as NDs, but moxa and candles are prohibited in the space.
Right now we have a counseling room (fully furnished with couch, chair, and coffee table) available on Tuesday mornings, Thursdays, Friday mornings, Saturdays and Sundays to share with other practitioners. The room is furnished and newly re-painted, but we are flexible about decorations- just work with the current practitioners using the space.
We also have an exam room, furnished with massage table, available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Friday afternoons, Saturday afternoons, and Sundays. This space is shared with one other pracitioner (ND).
We currently have 1 naturopathic physician, 1 hypnotherapist/childbirth coach, 1 family counselor, 1 intuitive healer and 1 massage therapist in the office space. There is individual dedicated storage available in the back room for books/supplies, etc. Speakers have been installed throughout the space to provide background music/noise barrier between the treatment rooms as well.
Rent is $85/day/week- (ex. For one room on Fridays only, your rent is $85/month, for two days, it's $170/month, etc), if you take split days, two halves (8-2 or 2-8) count as one day (minimum of 1 full or 2 split days required). This includes all utilities, garbage/recycling, and wireless. Upon lease signing, a $200 deposit (fully refundable) and first/last are required in exchange for key and alarm code.
