We operate a physical therapy practice with an office in Federal Way. We have two extra rooms that would be ideal for someone who wants to start a practice or expand an existing practice. The rooms are about 120 square feet. There is a pleasant waiting area with water and tea for clients. This room could be available for a one day rate of $50/day which includes all utilities except telephone. There is a WiFi connection. If you wanted the room for more than one day a week we would negotiate a reasonable flat rate lower than the daily rate.
Our practice is very holistically based. We use Bowen bodywork techniques along with cranial sacral, Feldenkrais, manual therapy and osteopathic. There is a great degree of cross referrals from our respective practices.
The office is located at the corner of 1st Ave. and 336th in the southern part of Federal Way. It is close to all the hospitals and medical clinics in the area.
