We are two established therapists who have a proposal in for a 4-office space in Lynnwood adjacent to the park and ride. Quick and easy access to the I-5 corridor for your clients! All offices are on the window line. We would like to share the space with complementary professionals (ND, acupuncture, LMP, ARNP, etc.), starting in January 2013. The current space is an open floor plan, and the owner is willing to build it out to suit our needs. The cost is approximately $650 per office space, and includes a waiting room and staff room with kitchenette. Two available offices are each about 150 sf.
