We are a busy multi-clinic with NDs, DCs, Audiologist, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists and a Psychologist. We have been serving the Kirkland community for 23 years from our beautiful clinics located at Marina Park. This space was formerly a Physical Therapy office, before we turned it into a laboratory for OrthoNeuro Technologies Inc approximately 3 years ago. OrthoNeuro has outgrown the space, and now we would like to engage a Physical Therapist or other complimentary healthcare provider. Referrals from the professionals within our group of six clinics, located throughout the Greater Seattle area will be frequent and plentiful, for the right practititioner. The space has a beautifully appointed reception area and spacious administration office adjacent to the waiting room. The main treatment area is a large open area (approximatley 600 sq ft) with great lighting, paint, sink, counter space, and storage cabinets. It could be easily divided into at least four spacious and seperate treatment rooms. The location is on the sidewalk level, with a large inviting lobby, electric doors, and large clean restrooms. It is adjacent to our large well established medical clinic, and signage space is available, not only on the building, over the entrance to the lobby, but also on the sidewalk on Lake Street, near the corner of NE 85th St. and Lake Street, which is the busiest intersection in Downtown Kirkland. There is plenty of free parking in the large parking lot at Marina Park, and all common areas are beautifully decorated and professionally maintained. Terms are negotible, and we can do an easy "ramp-up" payment schedule, and low deposit to make it easy to get started on building your busy new healthcare clinic! Preference will be given to PTs or Podiatrists. We offer free WiFi internet, and even front-desk support if needed. We will consider a one-year starting lease, with options.
