Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday only one treatment room is available. Rent is per room, and Monday/Tuesday can be rented just one room at time if you like.
Rent Breakdown as follows:
1 day per week / $115 per mo.
2-3 days per week / $107 per day a month
4-5 days per week / $100 per day a month
Half day $60
Rent is for all days in that month, not per individual day in a month - meaning if you wanted Sundays, your rent would be $115/mo. for all the Sundays in a month, or Monday if you wanted both rooms you would pay $214/mo.
Each treatment room is fully furnished, including an electric table, ipod dock, storage for your things, hot towel cabi, and more.
Additionally, rent includes:
utilities, wi-fi, fax machine/copier/printer, water service (cups, filtered water hot/cold/room temp and tea selection), and more amenities.
The office is in an excellent location, right between Fremont and Wallingford: easy access from Queen Anne, Downtown, Ballard, Shoreline, even W Seattle since it's right on the 99 corridor. There is a wide variety of other professionals in the building, it's a very nice community of people here. This office is on the top floor, so no upstairs foot traffic.
