We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about building their business. We are located in downtown Bellevue near Nordstrom and QFC with Free parking and access to clean restrooms, changing rooms, kitchen, and a fully loaded Authentic Pilates studio (bonus). In an ideal world this person would bring balance to what we offer at our studio, which is physical exercise of the authentic method of Pilates using top of the line Gratz Equipment taught by highly trained practitioners. The room is about 250-300sq ft of the 2500 sq ft space. It has a large window showcasing the skyline of downtown Bellevue. The room is separate from the studio so it is quiet and would feel/act as a separate business from the studio.
I am not sure the type of practitioner I am looking for. I am looking for someone who is passionate about wellness and the mind body connection. We teach the body to move with option and ease and it would be great to have someone who would complement and add value to what is already existing here with our team of instructors, our clients, and the neighborhood.
Being a small business owner I want the person renting this space to be successful. I want them to build a clientele of their own and possibly offer services to my clients who wish to try the services being offered. I am extremely caring, humble, and a non-judgmental person who does not believe in agenda pushing. Whoever enters into this space must share these characteristics and be a happy/up beat personality because I am here (at the studio) all the time.
