The suite is located on the ground floor and the available rooms range in size from about 78 to 170 square feet. Single practitioner rental rates range from $400 - $700 per month depending on configuration, windows, etc. (If you share the room, there is a $50 /mo. surcharge per additional tenant - 3 tenant max. per room).
