I am a Naturopathic Physician in practice for 8 years; my clinic, Full Circle Natural Medicine, is located in the heart of Greenlake, just one block off Greenlake Drive. We are a close walk to the lake, coffee shops, restaurants, and the new PCC going in by Gregg’s Greenlake Cycle shop.
I am looking for a health care practitioner that is interested in not only a beautiful office to work out of, but interested in a community-focused experience. My office is a place where people come to get well, be treated respectfully, and feel cared for. My practice consists of 50% primary care – families, pediatrics – and 50% chronic disease – Lyme and other infectious disease, chronic fatigue, autoimmune disease and chronic allergies. I very much value collegial interaction, support and referrals, and as such am looking for someone to have a referral relationship with.
The room is facing the lake with a park view (and some buildings too!), is approximately 150 SF, and will be yours exclusively. It will not be furnished – but will be painted in the same decorum as the rest of the office. I am looking for a full time renter, will consider a shared rent with the right people. The rent below is for full time, and does not include any reception help – reception help is available for a separate fee dependent upon your needs.
Room: $750 per month; $175/day/month if shared
Available: December 1st
Lease: Month to month, with a 2 month notice needed for move out. Longer lease available and will discount price.
