Centerpeace Healing Arts is a collective of independent practitioners being formed in Ballard. Current practices include counseling, naturopathy, acupuncture, midwifery, prenatal massage, reiki, kid's karate, and a writing coach. We offer several amenities, including: affordable rent/flexible agreements, a lovely waiting room, classroom space for community acupuncture/workshops/groups, and opportunity for referrals/joint marketing or cooperative work.
We have one individual office space available on a part-time or full-time basis (~ 150 sq ft). This office is unfurnished and features separate entries to the waiting room and hall/restroom. The space is well-suited for a variety of services, including: naturopathy, nutrition services, acupuncture, or mental health. Rent begins at $135 per month for a weekly access on a single day (e.g., Mondays for a month). Multiple days are available as low as $125 per day up to $625 for full-time usage.
Rent includes waiting room usage, all utilities, and access to our wireless network. Classroom space is rented separately on a one-time or recurring basis. Practitioners will be responsible for a security deposit (varies depending on usage) as well as professional and general liability (required) insurance to cover their own businesses.
