Having been in business for 5 years we are in the process of a very exciting transformation in which we are moving to a multi-disciplinary group practice model. Compensation is a based on a tiered percentage of collections plus a bonus based on total practice profitability plus the possibility for ownership interest in the clinic. Practice members will be required to participate in regular networking and promotion activities supported by a large marketing budget.
Our gorgeous timber-framed building is set in an urban oasis just minutes from downtown Olympia and includes 11 spacious treatment rooms, shared office space, a full dispensary and a fabulous teaching room. Olympia is a beautiful, progressive, relaxed and human-friendly town with a healthy and growing patient base, good schools and a low cost of living.
