I'm a Naturopathic Doctor with a small full time practice in the Seattle area looking for an assistant to help me with all aspects of my clinic.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Taking vitals
Doing injections
IV pushes
Phlebotomy
Processing labs
Performing Physical Exams
Charts:
Completing Chart Notes
Coding and Processing Superbills to be sent for billing
Updating info (patient profile, medication, etc)
Filing notes & labs
Pulling charts for next day
Inventory/Pharmacy
Ordering and Processing
Preparing patient orders for pick up or mailing out
Checking patients in and out
Sending out Reminder Emails,
Email Correspondence Writing
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum typing speed 65wpm
Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office Word Short Cut Keys
